Payment terms, including deposit amounts, final balance, and due dates, will be outlined in your booking contract or invoice. Payments must be made by the agreed methods and deadlines.
3.3. Non-Refundable Booking Fee
Unless otherwise agreed in your booking contract, booking fees/deposits are non-refundable upon confirmation of your booking.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
4.1. By the Client
Clients wishing to cancel or reschedule must do so in writing. Cancellation of confirmed bookings may result in forfeiture of the booking fee and additional charges, depending on the timing relative to the service date.
4.2. By Dubem Studios
In rare circumstances (e.g., illness, emergency), Dubem Studios may need to cancel or reschedule. In such cases, all monies paid will be refunded or transferred toward a rescheduled date, as agreed with the client.
4.3. Cooling-Off Period
If Services were booked remotely and applicable UK distance selling regulations apply, you may have a statutory cooling-off period under applicable law.
5. Delivery of Images and Content
5.1. Turnaround Times
Estimated delivery times for images and finished content will be provided upon booking. These are estimates only and may change due to editing workload or other factors.
5.2. Delivery Methods
Content will typically be delivered via an online gallery, file-transfer service, or another agreed method.
6. Copyright, Usage, and Licensing
6.1. Ownership
Copyright of all images and video content remains the property of Dubem Studios unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6.2. Client Usage Rights
Clients receive a limited licence to use the delivered content for personal use (e.g., personal printing, social sharing). Commercial use, resale, sublicensing, or distribution requires additional written licensing.
6.3. Portfolio Use

7. Client Responsibilities

- Facilitate access and permissions at locations where Services will be provided.
- Respect our equipment and property; any damage caused by clients or guests may be charged.
8. Liability and Limitations
8.1. Quality & Unforeseen Issues
While we strive to produce high-quality results, Dubem Studios is not liable for missed shots due to client lateness, venue restrictions, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
8.2. Equipment Failure
In the unlikely event of equipment failure, liability is limited to a refund of the fees paid for the Services not delivered.
8.3. Maximum Liability
Our total liability under these Terms shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the particular Services giving rise to any claim.
9. Data Protection and Privacy
We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using this Website and booking Services, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
